3. Fees and Payment

Members pay directly to BOOM STAR for services through membership fees and service charges. All fees are disclosed transparently before service provision. Payment is due upon booking confirmation.

4. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed upon payment. Cancellation policies vary by service type. Members may cancel with appropriate notice periods as specified for each service category. Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing.

5. Member Responsibilities

Members must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and comply with venue/service provider rules. Members are responsible for their conduct during coordinated experiences.

6. Service Limitations

While we coordinate with quality venues and providers, we are not liable for third-party service quality. Our role is coordination and arrangement, not direct provision of venue services.

7. Liability

BOOM STAR liability is limited to the fees paid for specific services. We are not liable for indirect damages, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Privacy

Member information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell member data to third parties.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms with notice to members. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in Prato, Italy.
